One of the arguments that Intelligent Design proponents brought forward was based on how blood-clotting works in humans. It was too complex to have emerged over time, err, not so much.

George Barna says that, despite Fred Phelps’ efforts, lots of gays and lesbians remain not only Christian but often actively involved in congregations that either accept them or have their own version of “don’t ask, don’t tell.” Says Barna, “People who portray gay adults as godless, hedonistic, Christian bashers are not working with the facts.”

I don’t know if Bibleman was available in the Gulf states to serve as a warning, but a Kuwaiti psychologist has come up with Islamic superheroes. He says they’re supposed to be a corrective to the valorizing of jihadists, so if they work…
