Jesus the Political Philosopher

How would you define political philosophy? I’m curious, because I think not a few things Jesus says are actually primarily about politics (in the sense of organizing human community), and only secondarily about “morality” (in the personal, private, interior sense we talk about it nowadays).

For example, Jesus’ guidance for church discipline in Matthew 18, or his commands about how to treat one’s enemies in Matthew 5, or his commands about judgment in Matthew 7, or his central proclamation of the coming of the kingdom of God throughout all the Gospels, etc. All of these are political concepts, no?
